Success and failure from the day
I'm really getting out of "real" experiences. My life outdoors has become going shopping and working out twice a week. So my failures and successes have shrinked as well. I'm now very much turned to reflection rather than social interactions.
Reflecting about my day, I would say that I was successful chatting online with two dear friends. Our conversations were pretty deep and soul feeding. Bond renovations.
A failure? Online again. I couldn't resist arguing about politics on social media, and it was tiring. Facing how the environment is opressive and violent makes me feel really bad, and I know I should avoid it, but I've betrayed myself today.

I hope I didn't over-correct! I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. I thought you did a fantastic job and if I didn't know that English wasn't your native language I would not have guessed it by reading your essay. I wasn't exactly sure what you meant with the last sentence. It's not that it doesn't make sense, it does, but I wasn't sure what you meant by the environment - the online environment?
This is the first essay correction I've done so I don't know if you're able to ask me questions or not about my suggested corrections. If you can and you do have questions please don't hesitate to ask me!

Hi Wayne. Thanks for your correction and comment!
When I said "environment" I meant both the online environment and the real one, the first being a reflection of the latter. At least here in Brazil things are getting unbearable.
Concerning language, my only question is about "outdoors" vs "out of the house". I thought that choosing "out of the house" would sound a lot like direct translation from Portuguese!
