Development of a teacher
I have attended the seminars, professional talks, and workshops held by HK Education Bureau and Hong Kong Association for Applied Linguistics so that I can acquire creative and modern ways to do high-quality teaching. Also, I have subscribed to several periodicals relating to the subject of TESOL, such as The Asian EFL Journal, so that I can keep myself up-to-date with the latest TESOL information and apply the novel pedagogies I learned from the periodicals to my teaching. Moreover, I always try to apply interesting ideas I find online and make some adjustments to it to meet the needs of my students so that I can deliver productive lessons.

Excellent work. There was only one real mistake (the last them vs it); the rest are just suggestions. Unless you are intentionally trying to lengthen your sentences to pass a test, I recommend using shorter ones.
